Simpler Unchained wizardry with "uc"

A collection of new commands, but most importantly for Beta 16: manual Unchained dispatching...

I'd wanted to add this feature to wizard mode even during Beta 16 prereleases, but Unchained internal systems are naturally more complicated than usual and were still taking shape at the time, so didn't want to simultaneously have to figure out how best to implement a usable "unchained" summoning command while in the middle of building and debugging the systems themselves. For best usability this particular command has to bypass some of the the systems but not others, to avoid breaking mechanics, so it was best to wait on a solution until at least Beta 16 completion...

In the meantime I was using my own other methods for related feature testing.

As of today here we are with the latest patch, and it includes the ability to force dispatch a desired Unchained, along with some other features and adjustments (the guide has been updated with to reflect these):

Specific to the "uc" command, there is no announcement or other pre-dispatch phases, and most normal restrictions on dispatching do not apply (i.e. you can put them in maps they're not normally allowed in), though a new dispatch is not allowed while another Unchained is already active.

It is possible there might be issues associated with it, as anything wiz mode, though under testing seems to essentially be doing what it's supposed to, dispatching Unchained as if you'd normally triggered them (albeit without any actual trigger process). Of course if there are any unintentional side effects that prevent normal testing usage, I'll fix those in another patch.
