Witcher Adventure: My Thoughts

first of all - big shout-out to Dan - happy birthday! :)

Second of all - I wanted to share with you some channel impressions I had lately. As you may have noticed I posted first part of Witcher 3 gameplay. I was really not sure whether I should do it or not, you have no idea! Up until the very last minute, when the video was ready to be posted, I was still hesitant about it. After all it's a very long game and I have a history of not finishing games that were much shorter than that, haha. At the same time I knew timing is perfect - I am close to finishing Witcher reactions and it brought many new viewers to my channel - viewers who love Witcher, not just the tv-show, but also games and books. Turns out posting the gameplay was a good decision. I was sort of hoping to get like a thousand views and it'd mean it's worth to continue. At this moment it's almost 3k views and still growing - but what's really important is people's enthusiasm in the comment section. Everyone's so excited and happy I'm playing it! I'm very humble as the feedback was thus far great. Also, apparently there aren't many full Witcher 3 gameplays on youtube and there are some side quests that no one ever recorded. This could mean I found a nice way to get more subscribers, more views - a chance to grow. And what a great way to grow that is. Here's why. Do you remember how I told you I was nervous to play The Last of Us because people kept telling me I'm doing something wrong and it was stressing me out? It doesn't feel like that with Witcher. I feel confident, I am more familiar with that type of games, I am not afraid to face a boss even if I fail a couple of times because I know eventually I will beat him. I enjoy this game so much, it's very immersive, people being positive about it and their reactions encourage me to continue.

What I also wanted to say - I hope you will enjoy it too. It's a big step for the channel to start such a long game and I truly hope you will like it too. I'm planning to record some side quests that I will be posting exclusively on Patreon as I want to (mostly) record the main quests publicly.

I guess this is what I wanted to share. In the meantime, I will soon post another Life is Strange 4 video and speculate about Max and Chloe's return a bit. I will ask both myself and you guys the big question - HOW on Earth is this going to work?! :)
