Getting close to finishing the set!

After the 3 green larvae came out of Emma's left nipple, they were hungry, and they have just the perfect snack at their disposal; The right breasts, Magots! that are fat and feed with Emma's cheese breast milk.

So they move from breast to breast, and start to stretch Emma's nipple holes and hunt and eat the maggots.

And so, 2 of them made their mission getting inside the breast to eat the leftover maggot. the other green larva went back to his "lobule" on left breast.

After all the gapping and stretching of her nipples, the intense smell of smeggy cheese breast milk starts inviting Cockroaches and flies!
