Proper Tiers

I've finally added proper tiers, let's see how it goes. I want to reward those willing to pay out a little more, as it's only fair.

Tier 1: You get to see most artwork earlier at higher rez than Joe Bloggs. Wohoo!
Tier 2: You are also invited to our new telegram/discord groups, where I hang out and post sneak sketch previews and talk about whatever. Mike Nash may also drop in (he's the cover artist) and my marketing guy Scott.
Tier 3: You also get a badge; you can pick from the six pack badges that you usually have to buy from the shop.
Tier 4: You also receive the full badge presentation pack plus a signed bookmark of your choice.
If you live in a county where the items cannot be delivered, like Antarctica, I will refund your pledge.
