Do you have Reason 11 Suite?

Don't want to alienate patrons who don't use this software so please complete the pole.

Anyway, importing those machines into ableton would prolly be a real cool time. Also Reason is a great intro to cv.

Narco Terror

That's definitely a diplomatic approach. Reason is great for making machines through combinators or audio inputs (difference??) that have given us an answer to the age old question as to what one could do if they had infinite s950s and Re201s and all manner of Ensoniq SQRs or whatever and got locked in an attic for a year. Frankensteins like your "Gone Plastic" homage. Anne Frankensteins (because the attic and I feel both awful and entirely satisfied with myself right now.)

I've been thinking about making videos about using Reason as a VST in Ableton. I think it would be a nice fusion of all my older videos in a new fresh format.

Yo, Reason 11 is not to be trifled with, slept on or overlooked. Along with some great new synths, it can now be used WITH ableton to great effect (affect? sod it). Besides, for making old school Lemon D/Remarc Jungle or Squarepusher Drill&B, there are easier ways, but none that sound or feel as authentic as chopping amens by 12.5% for eighth notes in nnxt and doing the rest your way. I could explain further, but you seem like a busy man.

I love Reason, but I was irked that they more than doubled the cost of upgrading to the top tier package.

I always thought Reason was too much fetish. In my opinion as a perpetual beginner, theres not much fun to Reason unless I was willing to sit for hours trying to figure knobs out. One of your tutorials on arp-breax in ableton and im already pissingg myself in fun and i havent even gotten to the end of the video. I tend to use Traktor to rip Samples and preprocess , just coz its easy and fun to get straight to ideas. I find ripping samples in ableton also quite tedious, although once the samples are there the options become limitless.

Looks like no one likes Reason software.
