Ned Rush MKTF Brighton Live Set
Added 2024-03-11 18:30:01 +0000 UTCHello everyone. Here is the Live set I used for the MKTF Brighton show. I took out the instances of Turnado and Artillery as I figured some people don't own those VSTs so whats the point, but the osciloscope Max device is in there which I'll develop further. Sadly I didn't get to show it off as my Macbook kept crapping out when connecting to the HDMI port in the venue. I'm wondering if this has something to do with Macs sending resolutions to HDMI ports that can't be matched. If anyone has any insight here I'd be happy to hear about it. Worked fine on my 4k TV. Anyway hope you enjoy the Live set. Download link below.

Hey Ned! I loved the breakdown video for this set, gave me a lot of ideas! The momentary solo and mute buttons are really cool. I looked for ways of doing that with my Akai MIDIMix. It has track mute and record arm buttons on it which when used without the Live API just send MIDI notes from A#-1 to C0 or something like that. So I looked for ways to make MIDI notes into momentary switches with M4L. I actually found a device right away on maxforlive.com (it's simply called "Momentary 8") but I still thought I would suggest this as a video idea for you, like making Max mapable momentary MIDI. Not sure if utility stuff like this is good Content™ but everyone loves aliterations, right? Peace!
