They're connected by a band of flesh coming from their chests. They often have to put their inner arms around each other because of how close the have to be for both of them to face forward. And in this piece they're arguing over their shared switch. Now the big question: Pokemon or Animal Crossing. (I think you can guess when I actually drew this based on the games I have them arguing over)
