Nov. rewards extended to any new December pledgers.

I kept seeing notifications of new patrons pledging to my page, even though the billing cycle was paused. I was concerned that new pledgers were actually being charged when I'd paused Decembers billing cycle to take a break & catch up with Novembers delayed rewards.

So I went to check it out and found this on Patreons help page:
"If you bill upfront, new patrons will still pay on signup for access to your backlog. Additionally, patrons will be charged when they upgrade their membership since they immediately unlock access to the upgraded membership benefits"

Aaand that confirmed it. New Patrons ARE being charged for December. Which means the billing cycle was only paused for previously existing Patrons who continued their pledge into December. Therefore, I figured it's only fair to extend Novembers rewards into December, letting new Patrons who're being charged access these rewards, too. (This also means the expiration date of Novembers Dropbox link is moved from 20th of December to how they normally expire, which is 1 week after the next month. so 7th of January).

This is also kind of... good news for me. Pausing a billing cycle like this has shown me an opportunity to avoid double charging pre-existing Patrons if the rewards get delayed into the next month. Yet, I can still equitably make the rewards accessible to new & old Patrons, as they'd all be charged with the same amount for the reward-package.

With this, I can avoid the refund situation in August from happening again. To recap, I refunded everyone who was charged in August due to rewards being delayed into the next month. That way both the pre-existing & new Patrons would've been charged the same in September, when the delayed rewards were completed.

Anyway, that was all I wanted to say ^^''

TL;DR: new Patrons who are charged in December will gain access to Novembers delayed rewards. Since November Patrons had their billing cycle paused for December, both old & new ones are, in the end, paying the same amount for the same package.
