Q&A

Q: My membership expired before the pack / reward was completed, will I still have access to it?

Yes. Patrons who've downloaded the private draft have access to any new updates without needing an active subscription (I also send a message on Patreon to anyone who was pledged under the creation of the pack to notify them of its completion). Though this only applies to the packages created & downloaded during your pledge. It does not apply to i.e; Patreon rewards made unrelated to the pack, after your pledge expires.

Q: What is included in the Archive?

As of writing this, my Archive includes rewards from 2021 - 2024. Rewards & packs made within the current year are not included in the Archive. You can purchase them seperately on itch.io after their official release, or pledge on Patreon to receive the pack at a lower price during its creation. Alternatively, you can wait a year until the pack joins the Archive. After a year of a package's official release, I add it to the Archive collection.

Q: I was double charged by Patreon when I pledged, please help.
