I got my new tablet!
Added 2022-07-13 06:05:31 +0000 UTCUpdate 2: I got this tablet up n going! It works for the time being, although it isn't the most optimal. It's hard for any products to live up to wacom ones. I'll be able to get the art that I need to finish for this month out of the way at least, but once I have my Mobile Studio Pro repaired I'm going straight back to it. Thanks for everyone's patience!
Update: I have ordered a new tablet-computer, it’s a windows surface studio laptop! And it arrives tomorrow. It has 32 RAM and 1 TB of SSD. I have heard good things about this version after googling around on the internet for a new tablet! I don’t currently really have a laptop either, so if this doesn’t match up to what I need I can always use it as a laptop instead and then purchase another tablet to connect it to.
However, it should get me through this tablet-less period, and provide the remaining rewards for this month! My broken tablet (Mobile studio Pro 16") will most likely be sent in for repairs or replacement for a month until I get it back. Thank you all for your patience! I’m getting things back under control as fast as I can!
Previous title: my tablet is dead.
It’s… just as the title says. Dead. It died on me yesterday night, and is still not showing any sign of life. There was no signs of anything being wrong with it, and it is relatively new. Not used for more than 6 months. It’s a wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16", and wacom tablets are supposed to have a lifespan of 5 years. I’ve tried all the internet reccomendations to turn this thing back on, but to no avail. I will need to send it in for repairs, probably shipping it to wacom since its still under warranty. The only issue here is that this process will most likely take a month.
This was just incredibly random, and incredibly frustrating. I will need to buy a replacement for the time being so I can actually get the promised rewards for this month finished. There might be a delay in these rewards though, depending on when I can get these issues dealt with.

edit: maybe I can post some paper-drawings for the time being, depending on how long getting a new tablet will take…
