The Character in the POV was trying to get in contact with Ima for some brand deal or marketing business deal. They have to go through the manager/assistant first, which is Lilliana! And as explained above.... you forget to knock before you enter and catch her taking care of some "personal" business. You'll of course lend her a helping hand so she can get back on track with your appointment, right? Maybe you'll even book another one.
