I feel like I've been on the edge of my seat, pumped full of adrenaline, waiting for the baby to arrive. And now we here. Ruby Jane, welcome to Earth!
This month has a particular theme. 140 being the magic number. And funk being the code word. Check these out, they are tried and tested dancefloor bangers (as of the two shows I've already played!)
Stardust - The Music Sounds Better With You (Jimi Needles Festival Flip) - It's always a tricky one doing a remix of a classic that in theory shouldn't be messed with, but I've wanted to do it for so long. Big drums, 80's synths and a feel good crescendo. Oh and garage MCs... :-)
Jimi Needles - Dub Be Good (Jimi Needles 140 Version) - I changed up the house version of this. It's more punchy and a lot more fun at this speed. For those of you who remember the 128 version, that dropped on Patreon over two years ago!
