There are three reasons why I see a problem with the female pose: 1) I, personally don't like when females are Holding their boobs during sex (compare: <a href="https://gfycat.com/SlowHonorableDodobird" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://gfycat.com/SlowHonorableDodobird</a> this is so much sexier), so it's not very pleasent aesthetic wise but Looks Kind of Goofy. 2) It is very limiting and only suits ONE Body type --> If the boobs are too big, there is clipping which always sucks. 3) I've never seen it in RL nor in porn anyways. However, it also somewhat destroys the effect of bouncing boobs when Hands are in the way :/ Overall I'd prefer it when female sims have their Hands down ^^
