oh... I thought I got the wrong one because I was looking for the mortgage loans and investment options. I'm quite confused as to where to look for all the other feature mentioned on the website, that's why I thought there was an option where I could find the private paid mod.

To download the Patreon version, which is just the bills add-on, go here: https://simrealist.itch.io/snb-bills. No updates were made to SNB so keep the public version in your mod folder.
