The very first version of Private Practice is now live. Before you dive into the mod, please be sure to read through the summary of this version so that you are fully aware of what it entails.
Again, I want to reiterate that this is the very first version of the mod and more features will be added to it over time. We are really just developing the base at this moment so that those that do not have GTW can still enjoy this mod as well.
As always, please feel free to post your questions or comments here or on Discord. I will try to answer as many as I can but a girl has got to sleep at some point ;-)
The download can be found on our website and on a past Paid Patreon post that released to the public today.

I will followup with your question later today with a possible tip to everyone because this is a good question and I want to suitably cover it for everyone 😉 But the quick answer is that it has something to do with the emotional and needs state along with certain traits that could cause their blood pressure to go up or down. It can also be affected by their weight. Hope this helps in the interim. 😊
