SimRealist 2020 Q1 Updates

Saturday, March 28th, we are releasing our Q1 Updates that met the required testing and translation period. Follow us on Twitter, our Blog, on itch, on Patreon, or our Discord server to be notified the exact time these updates are available!

We are also taking a poll of which language you play with. This helps our Linguists know how many are utilizing their translations or let us know which language we don't have that you want to see added. SNB - Bills (0.3.0)

We added and enhanced a lot with this update. Below is a summary of those changes in case you don't follow us on itch to see our upcoming features. 

• MCCC money settings compatibility (this includes child support) 
• Autopay within Bills (but you can still use MCCC's version instead) 
• Custom Property Tax settings with correct tax amounts of just the Lot value only instead of Lot Value + Household inventory + Sim inventory 
• The ability to pay with your SNB account. 
• Thermostat costs will reflect in the new MISC bills category along with MCCC adjustments, Child Support, Tiny Living discounts, Frugal Trait reward discounts, and any other mod that adjust billing in some way) 
• Rent is Back! Was removed so that renters weren't being taxed for property they don't really "own." Now they have a proper rent bill separate from their usual utilities/home services. 
• Free/Reduced Utility Lot traits were added in by request of @KentaOther small changes to enhance or better the experience.

Mortem (0.1.0)

A new mod project that will introduce the realities of death to the game in a way the Sims has never touched on because it is not a positive experience. However, without this experience, this Sims itself lacks the true depth of a life simulated.
