Soooo...Where is that Bank Venue?

I think this will go well with our real estate leanings later this year don't you think? 😉Oh, what plans we have!
Here is a little more to add to the pot of excitement:
Yes we are working to make it a lot trait instead of a venue!!! This lowers the chance of breaking during a patch and also makes it more accessible for those without GTW.
Look at all those Loan Officers ready to serve your Sim's financial needs! I should warn you that we are just utilizing third-party mods (LittleMsSam's ATM/Credit mod and Scarlet's SimCity Loans). We plan on bringing our own more intense version later this year when we focus more on the Real Estate Market. Does that sound like a winner? Sure sounds like one to me!
When oh when should you actually see this mod? We are still hoping to make an Alpha offering a week before the end of the month. I will be doing the 1 week testing period for each Phase (Alpha-Beta-Pre-Release) since this will be released at the end of June so others can also stop asking where the Bank is. 😅

2020-05-14 16:19:24 +0000 UTCWill you be integrating realistic starting funds for new households? It’s just crazy to me how everyone starts with $20k and can just buy a small starter home outright. I don’t know anyone in real life, unless they have some sort of inheritance or wealthy parents, who can just buy a house right from the get go. I know there are mods and cheats for this, but it would be interesting to see it as an optional add on to the mortgage mod! Or alternatively, the prices of all the homes can be adjusted. Instead of $17k for a starter home, it’s now $80k (or whatever), necessitating the need for a mortgage and a down payment. I have no idea how this would work on the code side of things, but if it is a realistic and attainable thing, I would love to see one of these options integrated somehow. Can’t wait to alpha the bank mod!!!
