When you click the Download link on the Q4 post it will tell you that you must be a patron of at least $7 or more. You just click through that and let Patreon confirm that with itch. Then you should see the mod available to download. Please let me know if you have any issues.

2019-10-06 06:51:38 +0000 UTCI assume you are talking about Organic - Hair? Alpha status means it is considered 'raw' files to be tested. That only basic testing has been done and you as a Visionary or higher have access to it before it goes to Beta status (if no major issues arise).
