SNB - Bills 0.2.0.0 & Bill Service Resets

Hello! We noticed increased reports of Bill reset, and on our end, we couldn't narrow it down because it works perfectly on our end. No LEs result, nor do we get a whole lot of follow up from reporters to help resolve the issue. Well, with the help of Steph Birrell, a Beta-Tester, we were able to narrow the problem down to LMS (LittleMsSam)'s Random Mods. At first, it seemed like having those subfolders that came with the download was causing the issue somehow. Then our Bills Developer (Victor) was able to narrow it down further to ONE mod from this download, LittleMsSam_RSM_LoweredThermostatCostsOnBills.package (Seasons subfolder).   

With the removal of this mod, your Bills should not reset. The reason this was even happening was that though 99% percent of this mod is script-based that 1% uses the 9E6855238398DE94_sims.bills.xml game file. This is the ONLY file we use that could conflict with any other mod that utilizes it. The fault is our's for missing this part, and we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. For those that reported issues with loading your saves, that is more on something wrong in your Mod folder (something was added incorrectly, or something needs to be updated). Please do a 50/50 (take out half your mods and gradually add them back until you find the mod that is causing the issue) and then double-check to make sure you installed the mod causing problems correctly or if any updates are needed.

We are aware of the MCCC logged error for the Bill Autopay feature it has. Deaderpool has included some code in their Patreon version that will release this month (I believe) that resolves it on their end. We just have one last thing to add/update in Bills to stop the error report completely. Hopefully, we should have this done by time Backer release takes place.
