In January, our Annual Survey ended with quite a few questions on our Support, Mods, and Patron Experience. One of those questions was on whether you were ok with the switch to Charge Upfront. This means that if you are not a monthly patron who likes to pledge for a certain time and then remove your pledge, you'll immediately be charged at that time and then again on the first of the coming month if you are still a Patron at that time. For those that are monthly patrons, nothing will change for you other than being immediately charged if you edit your pledge to a higher tier.
I've made this unchangeable switch of Charging Upfront per the feedback provided. This, in turn, allowed me to give the option of Annual Pledges with a discount of 10%. If you went ahead with an annual pledge, you would basically get about a month free!
