Quick Poll: Private Practice - Labs Onsite or Offsite?

We are aware of the lag that comes from multiple NPCs doing different jobs and I just want your input on whether you like having the Illness Exams (Treadmill & X-Ray) on-site or if sending your Sim to a rabbithole for these interactions to reduce this lag and bring them back for final results? If we have the time, we could also make this an either or situation. Meaning, if you want to see your Sim do these exams on-site one day and off-site for another appointment.
Yes we may bring back rabbithole appointments for both Checkups and Sick Visits in another big update, but the above may be a quick fix for the time it takes to complete an appointment.

2021-05-03 04:49:46 +0000 UTCThanks for your feedback. Most of what you ask requires a great deal more in updates than we can give this Quarter. Possible a future update instead maybe. The high Health Centers that are prebuilt, include kid playrooms so you can let your kids play while the parent gets checked. You may be asking for a playroom attendant NPC to watch the kids but that would bring more lag. Waiting time might be tricky because of the lag issue. It would never be accurate. Pediatric care is something I would do in a separate update since kids are handled differently in-game. That might be something we touch have maternity updates.
