I'm happy to announce that the first version of our newest mod, Home & Land Company, is now available for those in the Visionary and Director tiers. It took about a year to get this together since this was our first animation project, but it is now done! With this mod, your Sims will have a functional lawnmower and dynamic grass growth system, interactive towel set, Detergent Laundry additive, and a functional ironing board!
The first version available today comes with a focus on lawn care with the first-ever grass growth system and lawnmower. Now your Sims can suffer through this chore like so many of you do. But in the end, they will have a nice lawn and a positive buff for that fresh-cut grass smell. π
I got to say that this mod will go well with our upcoming new mod focused on Real Estate, where curb appeal increases the value of your Sim's house!

So glad well finally be able to do that in sims 4 and the other aspects of this mod along with the upcoming real estate mod sounds great
