Unlocked HLC 0.1.0 (PRE-RELEASE - FINAL)

So this will be our final update on HLC for this version. We will have to add the towels some other time this month but it will not be included in the Public release. This update mainly adjusts the grass growth rate so that grass isn't growing super fast anymore. If you have further suggestions on this feature or the other two items included, please let us know in our Discord server so that we can consider it between now and the second Public release in December.

Changelog:

Completely rebalanced grass growth rate;
Fixed a bug where using the Lawnmower would show the Grass still too low message even when it wasn't the case.
