You should've received a good many updates about the Patreon Bills being open to Beta-Testers. I normally don't do another post for it other than update the post itself as well as the pinned post. However, it would seem I failed to mention that we also opened up the ability for non-residential lots to have the Fast Internet Lot trait when we released it to Visionaries and Directors. So this is me making everyone aware of this since I just added this information to the mod post and itch download page.
All Patrons and the Public can now see the Patreon itch download page. Everything there will be available in Pre-Release (unless something needs to be pulled) and then the final release in October. You can find this page here: https://simrealist.itch.io/snb-bills-patreon
