SNB - Bills 0.4.0 (PRE-RELEASE)

Bills is now finally available for all Patrons, Backers, and up. We made some slight adjustments to how Child Support calculates. Instead of the hard-coded 5% of Household Wealth times EACH child, this update calculates 5% then DIVIDES it by HOW MANY kids they have. So if the non-custodial has 50,000 simoleons, this update takes that times 5% which is 2,500, and then divide that by how many kids they have living outside of their house. Hopefully, this makes the Child Support addition more manageable when there are a lot of kids. The Fixed Amount and Weekly Career Income % is still customizable in the Settings => Cost Settings. No changes were made toward Alimony. Any future requests or adjustments to these features will be considered for a future update.
