(PATREON) SNB - Bills 0.4.0 (Update)

We received a few errors from the Public and Patreon version that mentions the wrapper from Bills (Error invoking TunableLocalizedStringFactoryVariationWrapper._factory). This isn't an error from our mod but a result of other mods that need attention. We removed the wrapper since it is no longer required to avoid future LEs pointing at SNB in error.

2020-10-07 17:29:51 +0000 UTCBill Discounts by EA or other mods are shown in the Miscellaneous Bills Category as a negative item. This reduces your bill. So you can see the original cost and then the reduction toward the bottom where you pay it all.

2020-10-07 17:24:06 +0000 UTCI had a question. With the tiny homes they have the lot trait, lighten the load. However I noticed the bills are still the same price even with that perk. Is that intentional?

I have a question, my sim tried to set up the child support beneficiary payment option but it said no child support received. Do I have to wait for the MCCC child support to payout before that option is available?
