Private Practice 2.0.0.0 - BETA
Added 2020-11-07 03:33:37 +0000 UTCToday's the day we are switching the first version of in-person Private Practice appointments to Beta Testing! I've also made the itch download page open for viewing for non-patrons in preparation for our Monthly Re:Cap. There are a couple of things to note that we found that will be addressed soon!
- Adjusting our Mod's Custom objects to look a little more pleasing.
- Add in custom animations to the Check-In/Out Kiosks and Wellness Kiosk.
- Correct the issue of Sims leaving the Exam Bed as soon as they sit down.
The last is due to the fact that the Nurse Practitioner may be busy, assisting another, or so far away that the Sim decides they are not going to wait around. I've removed any computers on the lot, for now, so they don't distract the NPs from doing their job. I also find that having a Sim, who has others with them at their appointment, wait to do their Wait for Results, one at a time instead of all of them trying to sit on their Bed, makes the process smoother. These are just minor adjustments you can do in your own custom clinics until we can resolve the matter.
***PLEASE BE SURE THAT AFTER YOU PLACE THE LOT AS A NON-RESIDENTIAL LOT, THAT YOU GO BACK INTO BUILD MODE AND CONFIRM THE LOT TYPE AND LOT TRAIT ARE CORRECT BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.***

2020-11-13 05:00:10 +0000 UTCFor the test venue I included, Generic and the lot type of Private Practice. Make sure once you place the lot, you go back in, in edit mode, and switch it back again. That should keep it.
