HLC 0.1.0.2 - Hotfix Update

HLC had a Hotfix Update regarding the language strings that allow you to see text in the game.
We removed the Dutch string and updated all languages to make sure all verbiage was present. You should all be good to go to use this version.

No, one is for Traditional Chinese strings. If you don't play in that language, you don't need that version.
