R|E - 0.1.0 (PT 2 - ALPHA RELEASE)

I'm happy to announce that the second version of R|E 0.1.0 is now available for those in the Visionary and Director tiers. All those below those tiers, please look below for when you should see this addition. We made a lot of changes and additions with this release, so testing will flow on a regular schedule. You should see a final update around the time this one goes to Beta or Pre-Release to everyone who is currently testing.
Above is a sneak peek of this update for those that will not have access to this update yet. This is a shot of a new addition we are super excited about, Negotiation Battles. This addition to the Buy Process adds a little dynamic gameplay to this mod. Please let us know what you think of this addition and others in the #patrons-forum on Discord!

2021-10-18 17:16:10 +0000 UTCI think we need an update.. I downloaded for the first time today and everything went smooth until the closing process. I paid $121,000 for a property, realtor fees, other fees and then nothing happened. I have restarted my game, bought the realtor back to the lot.. the game is stuck on the closing process phase.. I cant close the deal or anything. i tried to submit the closing process but its greyed out and i cant fire the realtor due to being stuck
