R|E - 0.1.0 (PT 2 - CODE UPDATE)

Hello Everyone,

As promised, before we move to Beta status we have one final code update to provide. This update includes an adjustment to account for the furnished and unfurnished buy/sell process, where you can keep or sell your furniture when moving and also purchase or not purchase the furniture at your Sim's new home. We didn't touch the Split Household option yet since it was heading into the multiple homes area. We will address this at a later date. 

In addition to the above change, we adjusted the UI to better reflect the new values presented during the buy/sell process and adjusted the Home Tours to better focus on the Realtor for presentation purposes.

Changelog:

- Added Furnished/Unfurnished options;     

• Simmers can now choose during the Negotiation Battle whether they want the house they're buying to be furnished or unfurnished;     
• Furnished/Unfurnished now appears beside the negotiated value on the Closing Process list;     
• Appraisal System now includes both furnished and unfurnished values;     
• When acquiring an unfurnished property, the mod will automatically drop you straight into Build Mode to start the furnishing right away! 

- Added Sell/Keep Furniture options;     

• Simmers can now choose whether they want to sell or keep the furniture when selling a property. 

- Improved Negotiation Battle UI;     

• Round Title, Appraisal Value, Offers, and Final Offers now appear in a larger font for better readability;     
• All Negotiation Battle dialogs are now stylized for better design consistency. 

- Improved House Listings UI;     

• Lot Traits now display their respective Appraisal Percentages on the House Listings, providing more information during the buy process. 

- Improved Home Tour events;     

• The camera now follows the Realtor as they're making their way to the front door for a more seamless transition to the house reveal. 

- Improved Real Estate Phone Menu;     

• A notification now shows up on the top of the Phone UI when the Real Estate Phone Menu is unavailable, explaining the reason as to why that is.
