2022-04-03 16:35:32 +0000 UTCSims should autodose whenever the previous medication has worn out and they have additional medication available. This feature uses the game's autonomy system, so make sure autonomy is set to Full in the game options. Also make sure you dont have anything overriding autonomy on your MCCC settings.
