R|E 0.3.0 and SNB - Financial Center - Quarterly Release (ALPHA)

Mortgages are finally here! This was another major request since we've teased in the R|E UI for so long and it is finally here! It may not seem like a major update with the list of changes, but I assure you, you will not be disappointed by the experience. 

Being as this is Alpha there is one thing that we need to address and it is the Foreclosure scenario if your Sim is unable to handle their payments due to some unforeseen circumstances, the Repoman doesn't want to appear and pay by mail doesn't show. We will address that before this mod goes into Beta but everything else should be as intended. 

We hope you love it and look forward to your feedback. Please keep in mind that we are trying to adapt to what you can see or experience in your daily lives but with the restraints that the Sims puts on our mods. It won't be exactly like real life but as close as we can get.
