R|E 0.4.0 - Update Sneak Peek
Added 2022-06-13 01:32:58 +0000 UTCWe are finally adding another feature that everyone has been asking for. I don't have an ETA yet since development just started on it, but I thought I would drop this in for you and possibly more as we work through this addition.
I would like to note that for those still in version R|E 0.2.0 (Backer tier), this version received an update for situations in which Bills required your Sim to have a Realtor for the property tax to calculate properly. 2022-06-18 03:02:41 +0000 UTCYes! This mod is the reason I'm a patreon I'm beyond excited for rental properties! And I personally think the idea from Caprisims is an awesome idea to implement! Tons of people want to be able to build actual apartments and if we were able to rent those out too with multiple tenants then this would turn into an even more popular mod!
