End of June Update

You know, I think I'm going to make these End of Month updates a regular thing. I know reading this sort of stuff probably isnt to everyone's tastes but I'll try and keep it interesting with news of upcoming projects and whatnot. Perhaps some headers to highlight the stuff you wanna read and wanna skip? XD

LIFE

As you no doubt heard from me a couple of times, I got sick this month. For a good while I was wondering what it was and from what I can tell, its mucus build up in my throat or back of nose. While it hasnt full gone away, it has been getting better after trying some of the recommended things and for one thing I'm not feeling awful as you can feel if you swallow the mucus. I'll carry on these steps for a bit but if it does not go away full, I think the doctor's going to have a look up it. Other then that, I've been working on projects the best I can in my state. Did kind of get my first job interview in a good while but as I was feeling so ill that morning, I doubt they'll call back.

PATREON

We hit over $100 once again, yay! ^^ Thank you all the new or returning Patreon Donators for this month. :) Maybe we can get to a record amount for this gallery, maybe hit the $150 mark in the not too distant future? XD

As mentioned before, I am working on both a logo for my art and a new banner for this place as I'm sure that image of TG Me is getting a little old. Not only that, but it can be used for promotional art for other places like my Preview galleries. Speaking of which;

I made a new Preview gallery, this time on Newgrounds. This is merely another place to promote the Patreon gallery but if you have a gallery there and want to watch mine as another notification of when I add new stuff, here's the link.

Its a little barebones but again once the logo and banner are complete here, I will apply the same to the preview galleries. I'll also do an art graphic featuring links of all the places you can follow me some point down the line too. GAMING

Did I ever mention I love videogames? XD

Believe it or not, to ensure most of my current systems get a play and not to let it get in the way of content creating, I have a weekly gaming schdule I keep to. XD It looks like this.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday- Switch
Tuesday- XBox 360
Thursday- PS3
Saturday- Wii U
Sunday- Wii

Sounds weird I know, but for a guy like me with many systems, it works pretty well. I usually play in the early afternoon UK time while my content creating's usually in the evening, hence why its usually uploaded late at night. XD I lack a XBONE and PS4 due to low funds and never being able to save for either but they're always on my radar. PC Gaming I don't do because that REALLY would distract me from work on my Laptop. XD

But yeah, thanks to the schdule I've gotten a lot of XBox Arcade games completed lately and even close to finishing Kirby's Epic Yarn to 100%. Been playing ARMS a fair bit this month and love it. Gotta figure out a day to include my very retro systems (Handheld gaming I sneak in an hour just before content creating. XD) but so far its working slowly.

If you guys wanna share any of your gamertags or friend codes, just leave them in a comment below. ;) I hope one day along with current gen consoles I could stream my gaming for those that wouldnt mind a watch. ;)

GALLERY OVERHAULS + SATURDAY STUFF

Along with new logos, banners and whatnot I want to give both the Deviantart and Patreon pages a fresh lick of paint. Namely, update the text for the homepage, a bit of editing on the Rewards+Tiers (Not by much plus any outstanding rewards can be claimed for, just send a private message and we can talk about it. It's mostly to make the rewards tabs look better and better to understand.). I'll mostly be doing these on my free Saturdays during the Comic Saturdays when I'm not doing stuff outside. XD I'll let you guys know whenever I do update any of that, I've already edited the Commissions page on Deviantart with new prices (Which are mostly high to encourage a Patreon Donation instead as that will be cheap then commissioning me for art. ;) )

You've might of noticed the $5 Premium Content updates I've put up. Well, those are Artworks and Fanfiction that were either once private commissions or just past works I'd rather leave for not widely sharing. The intent is still to have EVERY Artwork and Fanfiction of mine uploaded here someday but you know how it is where there are some artworks you feel less attached or pride in sharing as much. XD I've had this other idea for a Reward called "Time Savers Packs" where for say a $10-ish Donation you can download Zip Files each with 10 themed Artworks (Ashley, Hypnosis, etc.) right there and then instead of scrolling through pages and pages of posts to find stuff. Yes the tags are handy, but even Ashley has over 60 posts alone so far that can't be super fun to look through it all. XD

NEW LAPTOP/PC

Lately it seems my Laptop has gotten notably been getting slower and crashing some programs. I've been thinking its gotta be replaced someday, however I doubt I'll be able to afford one anytime soon (Just look at my current gen console situation. XD). Its not completely offputting but one day its just gonna get too slow to handle anything up to date. Trading my laptop is not an option as it was brought with my grandmother's inheritance she left me after her passing around 5 years ago so I want to hold onto it for that reason, as well as serve as my new writer's laptop whenever I do get a new Laptop/PC. As for my current writer's laptop, its not worth anything these day, lol. XD  

So my solution is going to be a Reward goal, probably around the $500 mark. God know when I'll ever reach that, but one can dream. XD

FUTURE PROJECTS

There's been something I've been thinking about doing a lot this part month and that's been thinking a big thing.

A New Long Running Comic.

Now the reason why I've never done a long running comic again like the Cleanser or even finished the Hypno Hornet was merely because it took so much time and energy to do. Heck, even my 1 shots of The Anabel+Greta Show and attempts at series like "What If" and "Life of TG Me" either rarely got new installments or just never got off the ground (Which the Anabel+Greta Show WILL return, just gotta work on various thing to make it happen.). And with Patreon, I want to continue the daily update route so I also don't want it to interfere with that either.

But what sparked my interest is something I've been seeing a lot of on Deviantart. 1 image comics with zero text other then whats in the Artist's Comments or just left to the reader's imagination. In a way, not having to draw every single action that happens or what they're going to say could be very time saving. Since then, a lot of ideas for comics (Mostly TG Based) have been popping in my head, but I have an idea that's not only REALLY good, but good enough to make me wanna do it. So after I finished the banner work, I'll be looking into that idea and how to go about it. But generally whatever long running comic I do end up creating will remain Donator's Content till I've created enough pages to slowly drip feed onto places like Deviantart. Even then, the more risky stuff will remain Patreon exclusive. ;)

RANMA'S DECLARATION OF MOTHERHOOD + COMMISSIONS

So I've not mentioned a lot about the Ranma Fan project lately have I? Well, the work is still indeed coming along, its just I've not have the time lately to work on it. The project leader was very happy with the Akane frame I did that he commissioned a bunch more frames not too long ago. I'll be getting started on that very soon and hope to share it with you guys if he'll allow it. ;)

As for commissions, have been slowly getting through them. Fanfics have been the slowest but only due to illness and catching up on daily updates due to the illness. I'll resume work on the Ponysuit update, which should reveal who's being forced into it. ;) My other art commissions include the long overdue TG Princess project that's gotten halfway done, and a mega stack of Finister Foul's Superheroines which so far only 1 has been done. XD
