New Character Sunday: Gerudo Link

Those times when a disguise is not enough. XD

Yes, Gerudo Link is what I had planned to bow out volume 3 of the New Character Sunday pics (Pic 21-30, the 2nd Usagi AR counting as a bonus pic). Now the reason she took a week longer was because her outfit had so many little details to put in as well as adapting the outfit for a female body.

Originally, she was meant to be clothed, but had a bit of a hiccup this week. Namely, the Jessie's Daughter comic I had planned to do progress on this week (Hence why all the Valiant Girl chibi heads this week) and at first, progress was going well with the set up I had in-visioned, but when it came to drawing Jessie in the pose and angle I had in mind, she wasnt working out. Ash was there, but I could not get Jessie right whatsoever. So on Friday, I made the tough call to scrap what I did so far and start over with an easier pose/set up. Its the decision no artist likes making, but with it being a commission I wanted both the commissioner and you the audience to have something of high quality. Bummed out by the lost week of progress, I decided to relax a little yesterday and when it came back do resuming Link, there was no real way I would get all the little details done in time.

So, here's the plan for Gerudo Link. Much like Asuka before she, I will return to finish the job of her outfit when the time comes to colouring her, as well as a bonus "Gerudo conversion" alt. Might be awhile I know, but right now I need to maybe do a quickie project of my own this upcoming week to really cheer myself up from the lost comic progress and refuel the creative juices again. Hopefully then, I can redo the plan to free a whole week up again to work on the comic page and this time with much better results.

Anyway, now volume 4 of New Character Sunday can properly start, all fetishes and franchises are back in the pot (Which since Trini was a quickie, I'll also put hypnosis back in the pot too so a fresher hypno concept can be chosen. ;) ). Its a week of diving into fresher new art, yes it is. :)
