New Character Sunday: Tea Ball Bound

As I mentioned, this week's NCS is a simple one and the first Ball Bound one (Which you guys voted it would be okay to include Ball Bound, Haigure and Dolly base pics in NCS, but only when things get busy.). As I mentioned before, this won't be a regular thing, just on busy occasions like this week where things are set to get back to the normal routine so to ensure that, I made sure this NSC was simple or I would not of been able to have time for the Hypno Ashley update.
With that said, lets get those current projects back in production and finally completed! :)
