As we can see, the rubber suit that has formed around Dawn has started to expand! Not so much inflate as the ball feels not hollow but the latex expanding more and more inside, and against her will positioning Dawn arms into the ball and inside. Dawn feels like she's armless as her upper limbs are stuck within layers and layers of rubber.
Should get more exciting as the rubber swallows her even further and becames the familiar Ball Bound shape you're all familiar with. ;)
