Age Regression Base Update: A Background!

This is something I intend to do to the other Base types over time, which includes the Sex Doll base that I'll be covering next. I picked AR first because I have a AR Base Commission coming up so it seemed like a good excuse to make improvements to the base.
And hey, it's new year's so......New Year's Babies and such! XD
