All the way at the bottom of their tier pricing sheet there is a link to continue to download. The only caveat is the download speed will be severely throttled. So it's best to wait 24 hr to download if you exceeded their download-data restrictions. I quit my account with Mega three years ago because I realized I fell for their BS to get an account.
