сделать отдельные протезы в симс 4 невозможно, только если делать каждый отдельный наряд с протезом, а это извините меня та еще ебля конечно можно сделать сет одежды с протезом, но опять таки у людей разные предпочтения и начнутся новые просьбы и так до бесконечности
