Star Trainer 0.3.1 Public Release

Star Trainer 0.3.1 now has Spanish and Portuguese translations. This update has NO new content from 0.3, this is just a translation update. These translation options can now be found in the preferences menu. Please note that these translations are made by fans; they may contain errors and there is no guarantee of when the translations will be updated. If you too would like to provide a translation please reach out to me via discord or email.
