Please note that this is still an "unofficial" version, as still needs some proofreading and maybe some small tweaks if there's any errors. So please, don't share this anywhere yet!
Do let me know your thoughts here or at Discord. I still need to add the Credits page, a cover page, and maybe a PDF version.
