It goes go to that price target, but XRP nearly always reduces short term and short mid term of 40% to 60% reduction thereafter.

I have asked my guides before and they showed me price will go to $11+, which means we are still able to sell on the markets. I will ask them again

Hi SL369. Have you gotten any information on XRP being "locked out" after it reaches $10? There are a few psychics out there predicting that XRP will reach $10 and that some time shortly thereafter it will be locked up some how -- possibly only for use by institutions; but the average Joe/Jane won't be able to cash out. Would you be able to check with your guides on that? Thanks :)
