I promised Mei and Rossana this past summer I'll share my spiritual development process and my journey with them. I feel instead of me sharing my experience with the group, I invited my spiritual teacher, Sun Bear (a Master Spirit Guide) to provide his knowledge as well.

Spiritual development is a slow process. Those who are connecting with their guides through meditation or other processes, the guides do some of the work meaning they telepathically send us info via "visual" or "audibly" or "knowing ability" or "feeling the message on our body (empath)" or "our intuition."

To enhance the connection, one needs to open up their charkas. If a person had their Third Eye and Crown Charkas opened, this will give them abilities to see and get regular messages from their spiritual guides.

SL's spiritual development process that Sun Bear taught me

1. My ritual is daily mindfulness meditation for 15 minutes or more without music (daily, don’t skip a day lol)

2. Record my daily dreams - during the dream state, our guides teach us in the spirit realm and some guides go into our dreams to give us visions/predictions. In my case, I get crypto visions in my dreams.

I feel that I do 10% of the work, the other 90% of info and effort is carried out by my spirit guides.

Anyone who has a keen interest in connecting with their guides, start doing a daily meditation (meditation comes in many forms. Walking in a mountain or a forest is a form of meditation as well). You will get the help from your spirit guides as well after you start to meditate for a week or so (results vary from person to person lol)

These books go 90 feet deep into the benefits of why humans need to meditate (unlock our power) and it answers every question you have about connecting with your guides, protecting yourself from unwanted entities, and growing your gifts.

I’ll continue to share my knowledge with you and the community. This video is partially created for this group, but partially for the crypto community. The community is going through a spiritual awakening. Many asked for tools to grow their gifts. The tools are here!!

Sun Bear said daily meditation and recording your dreams are the most effective method to grow and “stay connected” with your spirit guides, but very few people in this world finish the schooling. So, when you feel like giving up, just remember why SB said that. LOL
