SL's meditation and psychic development process

Attached is 45 minutes audio where I went into details of how I discovered my gifts, refining my gifts, why I and my guides are focusing on crypto, meditation, clear channeler, etc
- I forgot to note: So my guides activated (awaken) my gifts and then now I'm working on refining it.
- People who haven't had their gifts awaken by their guides, they can awaken their gifts through daily mediation
- I only have two teachers: Sun Bear and my spirit guides. I have never taken a psychic development course. Whatever I know is from hand-on experience with my guides, the two books that SB recommended it to me, and Sun Bear's wisdoms. The veil is getting thinner; so we can have connection with our guides easier than before. People don't need to take a psychic development course to improve their gifts - unless you wanted it to. :-) Your guides are your teachers.
- These books will answer many of the FAQ about meditation, praying, and how to open your gifts safely with the help of your guides.
