Commissions Coming Soon

Like, I’ll open them up by the end of July, soon. It’s been a while since I’ve done them, so a couple of things:

One, you will notice higher prices above. Some of this is inflation, some supply and demand, (in that my supply is extremely limited). Also, in talking to some background artists, this seems slightly more than or equal to what they are charging, so if my plan to farm out background work goes off, then those of you who choose their background work will be getting slightly lower prices for backgrounds. I’ll still do them for those that want all the art to be mine, but the price will be higher and maybe fewer will want it, so...

Two, I think a lot of you are newer here than my last Commission round, so please note that this is an invitation to run your ideas by me and get your commission priced BEFORE commissions open. If you wait until after I open slots to ask your questions about what I’ll do and how much it’ll cost, then in the meantime others will be getting their deposit in and snapping up the slots.

That brings me to specifics of how to get your commission slot. One drawing per customer, slots reserved by sending me a deposit of at least 1/2 the total price. Payment via Amazon gift card is much-preferred, but PayPal is acceptable. Either is sent to: japes.art19@gmail.com. 

If you jump the gun by sending payment early, I will appreciate your enthusiasm but will put you at the back of the line. Please factor in whatever discount your support tier entitles you to when sending me your deposit, and tell me what your discount is. The less matching up of emails with supporters and looking up everybody’s tier I have to do, the better.

Lastly, please “like” this post if and only if you plan on pursuing a commission this round. I need to budget how many slots I can open, and this will help me gauge the demand.
