Look, I told you there were gonna be just pages and pages of sex, back when this issue was in the plotty, plotty, jokey, jokey part. It seems pretty obvious that the sexier parts are more popular, but I actually like the plotting and joke writing best. I’m the guy who’s watching the porno thinking, “but what’s gonna happen to the pizza you were delivering?”
I do struggle a bit with whether to try and make the dialogue during the sex funny, or try and make the dialogue sexy. I think I’m better at the former, and while I’ve seen some genuinely sexy dialogue elsewhere, I can’t quite picture it coming out of THESE characters’ mouths.
