One of the hardest things for me in animation is turning or lifting heads, because 1) conservation of volume is really important to maintain in 2-D, and 2) the character’s face has to be consistently THEM, even through changing angles, which is hard if you’ve never had to think of them in 3-D.
Anyway, there’s more to come, it’s just this was a harder part, and I still have to figure out how to animate fluid dynamics (troll jizz) and you all probably haven’t seen any new animation from me in a while, so I wanted to show you something.
