Ceres Fauna - July 2024's Reward
Added 2024-08-09 16:51:10 +0000 UTCFirst, thank you for letting me have some time to rest and recover my health. It took quite some time but Fauna's set is here. I always have trouble when making color for her because green is not something I usually do with character. However, I nailed it this time. She looks so cute in the competitive swimsuit( Whoever recommends this idea for me deserves a medal !).
With this piece is done, I have already finished all the unfinished works. From now on, I will draw explicit lewd and won't focus on the background anymore. There will be sets that have white background but the character will be focused more. My goal for this decision is to shorten the waiting time and make more content. First, l want to catch up with the normal schedule and then I want to make at least 4 sets a month like before. Because the background is gone, I can freely try new poses without thinking too about finding ideas to fit it.
Besides, after 4 years drawing background for every set, I think I am nearly out of juice here. I already tried all the backgrounds that are easy to make in 1-2 days. However if I tried the detailed background, then you guys had to wait 15 days for me to finish the piece. With all the modern algorithms, I feel like I totally disappear on the SNS to be honest. Because there is no PR, no new patrons have come for a long time and the older patrons have been leaving even more.
If I don't do anything, the income will fall below the range that I can be able to live with just drawing. That means retirement.
That is why it's best to do what everyone else does. Don't worry, I certainly keep the quality for you guys. I have enough knowledge to do that. I will test it on the next Calliope's piece.

Thank you very much ! About the background, don't worry you will see them again in my visual novel project. Those things need real research before I draw because it's an official product. About character and poses, I have just collected a lot of poses and I wanna try them soon. Ultimate goal is just to bring something new for you so I will try something I have never done before. Let me finish the deadline first then. Let's look forward to Calli's set. I'm drawing her sketch at the moment !

You really captured the palette of a lush beach environment as well as made Fauna herself really pop, she's beautiful. The swimsuit turned out super well and I agree, S++ gold star for that suggestion. I'm glad you're more rested now, and I am 100% behind whatever you decide to do. I love the way you draw both the characters and the environments they're in, and I support whatever you think is the best direction for you with your art and your Patreon. You've really pumped out some incredible backgrounds over the years alongside your lovely characters. When they get to a certain level of detail, like you said, they start to take a lot longer, and almost become their own project. I've definitely seen how much of a pain they can become with other works in past months, especially when you're trying to meet the deadline and try out new poses but also make them fit with the background. I'm excited to see what you come up with for the characters as you give them more of a focus! It's been fun to watch you try different things and experiment with colors and other things, and the characters have always come out beautifully in all the details, big and small. Whether it's a beautiful background or a lovely lady, I love your art, and would happily put your work on my wall. And as always I am of course looking forward to the next Calli piece.
