Shining Force
Added 2017-02-02 22:49:00 +0000 UTCBefore I start with this post, I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone who pledged this month, or who is trying to work out their declined pledges. In a day or two once it is settled down I will be getting my monthly stuff sorted out (packs, sketch topic, etc), and probably opening for commissions. Keep an eye out!
Anyway, on my what-16bit-game-shall-I-ruin-next spree, I came across some beautifully ripped Shining Force sprites and thought "eh, why not?". For those who are unaware, Shining Force was a Genesis/Mega Drive game kind of akin to Final Fantasy Tactics - you raise an army of anime girls and boys, and you fight goblins, dwarves, dragons, etc. The game is very human, elf and centaur-heavy. Seriously, you get like 5 centaurs on your team. Lots of horse butts around.
Tao is a pink-haired female elf mage, Mae is a female centaur knight, and Khris is a female cleric.. dog-person? I think? That's pretty much all you need to know for these three pics:
